Girl get fit Fridays is back with my fitness journey week 2! I had an extremely great week training and in this video I trained with @TeamMoeFitness and my best friend Karina! And let me tell you it was not an easy workout but we really pushed through and definitely felt it the next couple of days! During this week of training I learned the importance of breathing while working out. When you start practicing your breathing during your workouts it won't be as difficult finding the energy needed to get through each set successfully. Every time I worked out I felt as if I was going to pass out. It was all because I would hold my breathe till the end of each set lol (Talk about a head rush)! So practice your breathing if you are struggling with that and you will see your performance improve! I also want to let you know I have now gone two weeks vegan and I feel amazing!
